We offer tracked delivery on all orders, with careful packaging to ensure your hardware arrives in perfect condition.

If a product is temporarily out of stock at the time of ordering, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery timeframe.

Orders placed before 3pm are typically dispatched for next working day delivery. In some cases, delivery may take up to two working days depending on availability and location.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over £125 qualify for complimentary delivery.

If you change your mind, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Bespoke, special-order, or clearance items may be excluded from returns.

To preserve the appearance of your hardware, clean regularly using a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these may damage the surface finish. For brass finishes, natural ageing may occur over time and is considered part of the material’s character.
