Returns & Refunds

We hope you are pleased with your Aura Hardware purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the information below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• Uninstalled

• In their original packaging

• In a resaleable condition

Items that show signs of installation or use cannot be accepted for return.

Made-to-order items

Items that are made to order or specially sourced are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty.

This will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Return process

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

• Your order number in the subject line

• A brief reason for the return

We will confirm whether the return is eligible and provide next steps.

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• We recommend using a tracked service

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Before arranging a return or replacement, we may request:

• Clear photographs of the item

• Images of the packaging, where relevant

If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• If part of an order is returned, only the product cost will be refunded

• If an entire order is returned, the original delivery charge will also be refunded in accordance with UK consumer regulations

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges where stock allows. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.

Trade & project orders

Orders placed for trade, bulk, or project purposes are excluded from our standard returns policy unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
